Application Process
Our application process, honed over years, uses research, M&E data, and feedback to identify high-impact charity potential across all backgrounds in five refined stages.
The first test task provides a framework to evaluate top career options, encouraging candidates to explore their priorities and tradeoffs.
The second test task includes 1–3 prompts designed to assess key traits crucial for successfully founding a high-impact charity.

You'll complete an application form with multiple-choice questions, two short-answer questions, and a CV upload.
In this recorded screening, you'll answer general and situational questions about yourself and your approach to founding a charity.
This Zoom interview covers behaviors, preferences, evidence-based thinking, and your approach to creating impact.
