Our application process is the result of years of experience. We continually improve and refine the process to make it the best existing tool for identifying potential for starting a high-impact charity, no matter the applicant's background, age, or skill set. Building on our work with some of the world’s most talented charity founders, the latest research on talent identification, M&E data on our charities’ outcomes, and feedback from applicants, the five stages of the process are fine-tuned to allow us to identify talent.
3. RECORDED INTERVIEW
You will fill out an application form with some multiple choice questions, two short form questions, and upload your CV.
In this recorded screening interview, you will be asked general and situational questions about you and your approach that are relevant for founding a charity.
5. IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW
This is a deeper interview over Zoom with our experienced recruitment staff. Questions will focus on a wide range of topics including behaviors and preferences, dealing with evidence, and how you think about creating impact.
2. TEST TASK 1
Next, candidates will be given a robust framework and methodology to compare and contrast their top career options, and are invited to explore and detail their own priorities and tradeoffs.
4. TEST TASK 2
The second test task consists of one to three prompts that test your potential for founding a high-impact charity from different angles that we have found to make all the difference when actually founding.
Applications are open
We will contact you about the outcome of your application, regardless of whether you progressed to the second stage by May 6.
To protect your valuable time, we will only invite you to the next stage if we think you have a good chance of success.
The entire application process will take no more than 10 hours for you, from start to finish.
We have designed the process to help you learn more about what is important for founding a high-impact charity, and weigh it against other career options and pathways to impact.
