We enable working professionals to maximize their positive impact by supporting them in donating their time, skills, and resources effectively.

CURRENT OR PREDICTED IMPACT:

  • Raised over $280K of counterfactual donations to high-impact charities with our fundraising campaigns.

  • Transitioned at least 2 individuals to high-impact roles with our talent directory, with many more expected as the user base grows.

  • Will likely transition 1-2 senior talent to high-impact roles and generate $10K/year+ in donations with our impact accelerator program.

COST-EFFECTIVENESS:

  • We currently run two programs that we believe are both cost effective and scalable:

    • Talent Directory: 2.7x benefit/cost ratio at current scale with estimated $92K of benefits. 

    • Impact Accelerator Program: 1.6x benefit/cost ratio at current scale with estimated $130K of benefits.

ACHIEVEMENTS: 

  • Developed a talent directory with over 900 impact-focused candidates and used by over 120 high-impact organizations.

  • Ran 4 cohorts of our impact accelerator program, helping 19 impact-focused professionals craft and execute on an impact plan. 

  • Helped working professionals raise over $280K counterfactual donations to high-impact charities through workplace fundraising campaigns. 

  • Consulted with over 50 EA workplace and professional groups to understand their needs and help them have more impact.

  • Built an EA Workplace and Professional Group directory for the community.
